This banner shrink the size campare to the other graphic on the page now, try to gain a balance of the whole page and make it more emphize with the tiles. Thanks for the comments from my colleague, it really works well. Next step would adjust all rest of the graphic on the page.It would takes some time to reorganize all of them.
